Mayfield Ranch

Mayfield Ranch is a huge master-planned community with over 800 homes located in Round Rock, Tx in Williamson County. The neighborhood stretches through the magnificent Texas Hill Country just north of FM 1431. This community is wonderful for those who want the amenities and peacefulness of the suburbs, yet still want to be close enough to the shopping and dining of the city to drive in at their leisure. Mayfield Ranch is approximately 30 minutes from downtown Austin.

Mayfield Ranch may be a large neighborhood, but residents still maintain that small, close-knit community atmosphere. Residents can be seen walking along the many tree-lined sidewalks and open spaces or playing in the nearby parks or wooded greenbelts with their friends.

Homes in Mayfield Ranch were built with those who value space and comfort in mind. Residents feel relaxed and tranquil at home without the noise and busyness of the city nearby. In addition to the greenbelts, there is a shared community center with a kid’s pool, lap pool, clubhouse, and neighborhood playground. For those that want even more excitement, the Southwest Williamson County Regional Park is located right next to the community. This sprawling park features a splash pad, eleven soccer fields, two softball fields, a cricket field, tennis courts, basketball courts, a disc golf course, walking paths, and the Cedar Rock Railroad, a 1.3-mile 1/4-scale train ride. Residents have plenty of recreational opportunities just a short walk away at this lovely park.
